💼 Who I Am

I’m a Happiness Engineer at Automattic, where I work closely with users to help them build, fix, and grow their websites. My role is a mix of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and making sure people feel supported and confident while using WordPress.com.

🌍 Working Remotely & Helping People

I work remotely, which gives me the flexibility to connect with people from all over the world.
What I enjoy most is helping users navigate challenges – whether it’s debugging a tricky issue, understanding how something works, or finding the best way forward for their site. I like going beyond just giving answers and instead making sure the solution actually works for them.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy watching/playing cricket as a way to unwind and switch off. It’s something I look forward to regularly, and it keeps me active while being a great way to relax and have fun.
